1. The agreement

Snusless is operated by Boast Holdings LLC, a United States business. These terms apply to the Snusless app, snusless.com and related services. “Snusless,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Boast Holdings LLC.

By using the services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Accepting these terms is not a substitute for any separate consent required by privacy law.

2. Using Snusless

You must be legally able to enter this agreement. If you are not, a parent or legal guardian must review and agree to it on your behalf, where the law permits your use. You must also comply with applicable law and the rules of the store through which you access the app.

Snusless does not sell or supply nicotine, tobacco or nicotine pouches, and does not encourage anyone to start using them.

3. What Snusless does

Snusless helps you record pouch use and labeled nicotine strength, set personal goals, and view history, spending estimates and progress. Features may include reduction plans, a progress forest, exposure estimates, reminders and iPhone widgets. The website also provides educational guides, calculators and a tracking worksheet.

Features and paid access can differ by device, operating system, app version, country and purchase offer. A feature available on iPhone is not necessarily available on Android. We may update the services, subject to applicable law and your existing purchase rights.

4. Tracking information is not medical care

Snusless is a self-tracking and educational service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment or a clinically prescribed quitting schedule. It does not guarantee that you will reduce or stop nicotine use.

Labeled nicotine totals, exposure graphs, savings, goals and progress indicators are calculations or estimates based on the information available to the app. They are not measurements of nicotine in your body, safe-use limits or instructions for medication. Incorrect or missing entries can affect the results.

Consult a qualified healthcare professional about nicotine dependence, withdrawal, treatment or other health concerns. Do not delay medical care because of information in Snusless. For an emergency, contact your local emergency service.

5. Accounts and your records

The app can use an anonymous account or a supported sign-in provider. An anonymous account still has an identifier and can store information on our systems; it does not mean that your records are anonymized.

Keep your device and sign-in access secure and provide accurate information when needed. Contact us if you believe your account has been used without permission. Do not assume that changing sign-in method or platform will merge your records or transfer a purchase. Ask for help before deleting or resetting data you want to keep.

You retain your rights in the information you submit. You allow us to process it to provide the services as described in the Privacy Policy. This does not give us unrestricted ownership of your personal information.

The browser worksheet does not save entries between visits. Download or print a copy before refreshing or leaving the page.

6. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Some app features require a subscription. The purchase screen shows the available plan, price, billing period, included access and any trial or introductory offer before you buy. Those details can vary by store, country and eligibility.

Purchases are processed through Apple or Google Play, as applicable, with RevenueCat used for subscription management. An automatically renewing subscription continues until you cancel under the purchasing platform's rules. An eligible trial may become paid access when it ends unless you cancel by the deadline shown. Follow the store's instructions; Apple advises cancelling a trial at least 24 hours before it ends.

Manage or cancel through the store account used for the purchase. Deleting Snusless, resetting your records or deleting your Snusless account does not cancel a store subscription. Cancellation generally stops future renewal; access for a paid period normally continues until that period ends, subject to the store's rules and applicable law.

Refunds depend on the purchase platform, circumstances and applicable consumer law. Our Support page links to Apple and Google Play cancellation and refund instructions. Contact us if you need help identifying the right route. We do not promise that every purchase is refundable or exclude refund rights you have by law.

Changes to an existing subscription's price or terms will follow applicable notice, consent and store requirements. Any nonwaivable withdrawal, refund or digital-service rights remain in place.

7. License and acceptable use

You receive a limited, personal, nonexclusive right to use Snusless in accordance with these terms and applicable store rules. The software, branding and other Snusless materials remain protected by intellectual-property law. Open-source components remain subject to their own licenses.

Do not misuse someone else's account, interfere with the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, extract other people's private information, or copy, resell or reverse engineer the service except where the law or an applicable license permits it. You may download and use resources that we expressly provide for that purpose, such as the tracking worksheet and reference files.

For an App Store download, Apple's standard application license agreement applies where no custom application license is supplied. Applicable Apple or Google store terms also govern your use of their platforms. These terms do not override mandatory store rules or rights that cannot be waived.

8. Availability and third parties

We work to keep Snusless available, but access can be interrupted and information can be incomplete, delayed or incorrect. Device settings, connectivity, sign-in providers and store services can affect features such as synchronization, reminders and purchases. Keep a separate copy of information you cannot afford to lose.

Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience or reference. Those services have their own terms and policies. Snusless is not affiliated with the nicotine brands mentioned in its guides, and mentioning a brand does not endorse nicotine use.

9. Stopping use or closing an account

You can stop using Snusless at any time. To request account deletion, use Settings → Delete account in the app or email support@snusless.com. See the Privacy Policy for deletion, retention and verification details. Cancel any unwanted subscription separately with the relevant store.

We may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, protect users or the service, or comply with law. We will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve an issue where reasonably appropriate and legally required. This does not remove rights you may have to a refund or other remedy.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, Snusless is provided “as is” and “as available,” without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation, perfect accuracy or a particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for claims arising from the services is limited to the amount you paid for Snusless in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

These limitations do not apply where the law prohibits them. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, personal injury or other matters where liability cannot lawfully be limited, or removes mandatory consumer rights, warranties or remedies. If the law provides you stronger protection, that protection applies.

11. Applicable law and disputes

Boast Holdings LLC is a United States business. Applicable law determines the law and courts that govern a dispute; these terms do not require exclusive proceedings in a particular US state or mandatory arbitration.

If you are a consumer, you keep the mandatory protections and access to courts available to you under applicable law, including protections in your country of residence where they apply. Please contact support@snusless.com first so we can try to resolve a concern directly.

12. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms and will update the date on this page. We will provide any notice or obtain any agreement required for a material change. A revision does not take away rights that have already arisen or override legal requirements for changing a paid service.

If Snusless is transferred to a new operator, any assignment and transfer of personal information remain subject to applicable law and required notices or consent. If part of these terms is unenforceable, the remaining terms continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
