Best nicotine pouch tracker apps, compared

Updated .

On this page

Eight apps call themselves nicotine pouch trackers and are on the US App Store or Google Play. They differ in what they log, whether they run on Android and how they charge. This table compares them on those points, from official websites and US App Store listings checked on September 21, 2026.

Snusless is one of the eight, so read this as a maker's comparison. We checked public pages, not paid accounts, and no app has published evidence that it makes quitting more likely.

Which app for which need

  • Logging pouches and strengths: Snusless, PouchBuddy, Pouched, Pouch Count and Pouch Watch all log individual pouches with a strength. Snusless, PouchBuddy and Pouched let you name your own products; Pouch Count scans cans against a product database.
  • Android: Snusless, PouchBuddy and Pouched are on Google Play. Pouch Count says Android is coming. The rest are Apple only.
  • Friends and leaderboards: PouchBuddy and Pouched track friends; Pouch Count adds weekly group and regional leaderboards.
  • Guided craving support: QuitNicPouches is built around Craving-SOS exercises and a daily plan.
  • Already quit and want a streak: Quit Pouches and Quitty count nicotine-free time and money saved rather than pouches.
  • Free: Quitty says it is free to keep. Every other app, Snusless included, has in-app purchases, and the free tiers differ.

Try this before you pay

  1. Create the exact product you use. Can you tell two strengths of one brand apart?
  2. Log a pouch, then fix a mistaken entry.
  3. Switch products and check that the daily total follows the strength.
  4. Look at yesterday. Can you tell a missed log from a real zero?
  5. Read the payment screen: trial, renewal period, what stays free.
  6. If widgets matter, check they exist for your phone.

The Snusless tracking guide covers steps 1 to 4 for our app, and the widgets guide covers step 6.
