How to track nicotine pouches in Snusless

On this page
A useful pouch log records two things: how many pouches you used and the strength of each one. In Snusless you save each product with its mg per pouch, then log pouches against your daily plan. Here is how.
Start with the can
Write down the brand, the range, the flavor if it helps and the nicotine per pouch. Different strengths need separate products. "VELO PLUS Mint 6 mg" is easier to check later than "my usual can". Do not guess a strength from the color of the can or a dot scale.
Snusless asks for mg per pouch. If your label says mg/g, convert it with the nicotine calculator once you know the pouch weight.
Add a product and log a pouch
- Open the tracking screen and tap the control for adding a product.
- Enter the brand and flavor, then the mg per pouch.
- Save it and select it when you use that can.
- Tap plus to log a pouch. Check the product name and strength first.
- Logged one by mistake? Use undo while it is available.

Mixed strengths
Four 3 mg pouches and two 6 mg pouches are six pouches and 24 mg. Counted as six weak pouches, the log would say 18 mg. Save the strengths as separate products and pick the right one each time. If you change your usual can, check which product your widget shortcut selects.
The daily display
Snusless shows pouches remaining for the day based on the selected product's strength and the nicotine left in your plan. Switch to a stronger product and the number drops, even though the plan did not change. Your daily goal is a target you set, not a medical limit.

Compare like with like
Compare full weeks with full weeks. A week with fewer entries is not the same as a week with fewer pouches. Note missed days and any change of strength. If you want a baseline before using the app, the seven-day worksheet works in your browser.
