VELO strengths: VELO, VELO PLUS and VELO MAX

US VELO comes in three ranges with different strengths: VELO at about 4 mg or 7 mg per pouch, VELO PLUS at about 3, 6 or 9 mg, and VELO MAX at about 8 or 12 mg. Every can holds 20 pouches. Figures from the manufacturer's US FAQ, September 21, 2026.

The FAQ says "approximately" for each strength. Ranges sold outside the United States differ, and the FAQ gives no pouch weight for converting mg/g labels.
Which VELO is which
Three ranges share the name and several flavors. Wintergreen and Mint exist in all three, so "VELO Wintergreen" can mean 4, 7, 8 or 12 mg depending on the range on the can. Save the range in the product name, "VELO PLUS Wintergreen 6 mg", and check the label whenever you switch.
Mixed strengths add up separately
Four pouches at 6 mg and two at 3 mg are 30 mg over six pouches, not six times the last strength you selected. The nicotine calculator handles the sum.
Traveling
A VELO can bought abroad may state mg per gram instead of mg per pouch. Converting needs the pouch weight; if you do not have it, log the count and leave the nicotine total blank rather than guessing.
What VELO costs you
At $7 for 20 pouches, a pouch is $0.35 and four a day is $1.40 a day, or $42 a month. Put your own price in the cost calculator. If you use two ranges at different prices, calculate each and add them.
